It is a fact: Our skin is the largest organ in our body. Many people are surprised to hear this. One might suppose that was our lungs or even our brain that could be the largest living thing that is apart from us. But our skin – the protective layer of living cells that surrounds our body and protects it from harsh conditions of everyday life.

Because our skin is all that protects us from the weather and can easily prove age. Spots may begin to appear, the dead skin cells can make our face look old and faded. But we can take steps to make sure you take good care of this vital part of our body.

Our complexion and skin tone is a big part of who we are. And with a few simple steps, you can be sure that your skin will look healthy and be healthy, too.

Step 1: Use the sun in moderation

Sunlight is a wonderful thing. Revitalizes our energy and provides vitamins development through absorption through the skin. But too much of anything is a bad thing. If you will be exposed to the sun for a long period of time, make sure to be prepared. Wear a hat to shade and prevent sunburn in sensitive skin areas of the head, nose and neck. Wear a sunscreen with minimum SPF 15, no less do not block the harmful

the sun's rays.

Step 2: Avoid bad habits!

The old admonition is true: bad habits die hard. Smoking, drinking, and not enough hydration habits terrible for the skin. Your body is mostly comprised of water, and much this is still in its skin. Eight to twelve glasses of water a day is ideal. This will help keep your skin soft, supple, flawless. But these three, the biggest culprits old, tired looking skin is smoking and drinking alcohol. Smoking leeches skin collagen, which keeps places like the cheeks and lips looking and healthy standard. It also causes premature wrinkles, dark under the eyes, a look and feel of leather skin and large patches. Do you want beautiful skin, without time? Stop smoking and watch your alcohol intake … not to rain on anyone's parade but it's true.

Make sure you get enough sleep and eating a diet rich in a variety of vegetables, fruit and meat quality. Consult your doctor or pharmacist about what kind of vitamins could work for you. Even if you are an accomplished eater of health, is probably not enough vitamins and essential nutrients your body needs absolutely. Eight hours of sleep each night is ideal, but each person is different. Know your needs and move forward. Sleep is our body time to repair and regenerate. Give yourself time to get a peaceful sleep, quiet, no bright lights, noises that distracted or interrupted.

Step 4: Practice Based on a Skin Care Routine

You are only one who knows your body better. Some people are scarred surfaces, others develop fat accumulation in the front, and irritation can develop every day dust and air pollutants. Whatever your routine, make sure to do it consistently and smoothly. Never rub or scour, enough to remove the accumulation or dead cells. After cleaning, be sure to moisturize with a non-greasy moisturizer to keep your skin and cellular respiration.
