Valentine's Day is a day that brings to mind romantic dinners, dancing slow and seems to dream in the eyes of your beloved. But some people have little of their heart too – your children. As a child my mother always made sure to have something for my brother and me, just to say "I love you. And my dad take me to a flower on Valentine's Day once in a while – what a way to thrill the heart of a little lady!

You can create warm memories for children in the same way. Think of ways you can say I love you, even if small. Sure, they're probably the exchange Valentine's paper with everyone at school, but something of Mom or Dad is sure to be special.

Sometimes it's hard to think of something for them, because in all honesty, they tend to spoil our children! So many days will focus on children and the delivery of gifts. So giving something simple in the Day Valentine's something you really want to say "hey boy, I love you."

Here are some ideas based on age can use or adapt to their children:

Preschoolers:

Your children are already beginning to see the gifts in a new light. It is not just mindless party role their first year or two. They realize that there is joy in giving gifts. If you have not started volunteering with her children, however, now is the time to do so. Make cards, crackers, or whatever and take them to a place of their choice. It might even be time to take small gifts to places often overlooked – half way houses for men, for example. Teach your children that you can and should care for others, even the high society.

Another good idea at this age is to make collages or scrap-book pages to their loved ones and close friends. Grandma really love to receive your gift as Valentine's thoughtful!

Gift Ideas: Small art or trade resettling a good idea. And stuffed animals for the young! You might consider a Lego construction or game for young men. Consider a book I loved as a gift. And, yes, this age loves to be the "Valentine" for a lunch "date" too!

With a little creativity and planning, you can show your children how much you love them and treasure them in Valentine's Day, even if you are giving most of his attention on his beloved. Furthermore, this is a good time to help their children learn about showing love to others!
