/Am I losing weight too fast?

Mid January weighed 255 pounds and now I'm down to 232! That's 23 lies on the right in 2 months! Am happy about that, but I'm still wondering if I'm losing too fast. In fact, I started accelerating, not slowing down, as I had expected. What am I doing to lose? Well, I would: 1) Drink only water and unsweetened tea hot, 2) do not eat past 7 pm (period!), 3) daily exercise (most days: 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour at night, every day: at least 30 minutes … and I'm doing a series of trainings: elliptical dance mat, walk free videos, hiking, weights, elastic bands), 4) watch what I eat, just the implementation of the South Beach diet principles. That's it. Yesterday I lost 1.4 pounds and 1.7 the day before! No, I do not regret every day, usually only a couple of times a week, but I lost so much here lately that I wanted the track a little. So – I'm excited and nervous. Does anyone have good advice?

nope its good. if I use my foot jet-ski for 3 hours solid i loose 1 pound per day, without dieting. I do not know why, but I do! I have checked this for several days always 1 pound each day clearer
