/Am I at risk if you do not receive straps of my car and replace stabilizer links?

I recently went to a mechanic for Midas and they told me I need the following parts: 1) stabilizer links (front and rear) 2) 4 internal braces and ball joints 3) of the lower front control arm. They said it was about $ 1500 to fix. I really do not have the money now. The control arm'll get replaced. But what I want to know is if I was not replaced on the other short term (one year or so) I'm in danger of losing control at some time or maybe the car with the wheels fall off, so I get the feeling that the mechanical, now, the only incentives to achieve this were now to stop a ping in the rear of the car and leave the steering wheel vibrate at times, a common problem in my car anyway. It also said it would allow a better direction (but took me from New York in Syracuse, NY and thought the direction was perfect. (I have one '99 Mitsu Galant, 2.4L, 102K miles, if it helps to know.)

Links stabalizer probably refers to the swaybar links, custom kill, only make the careless handling, ball joints and tie rods are a little more sensitive, if they break you can find himself in a catastrophic accident, I recommend leaving for another year if they are wrong. If you have never been replaced WAY past time to have it done, despite $ 1500 to do the job is outrageous, this is not midas have cars for repairs, find a local mechanic to check these things and give you a quote. The internal braces are the only thing harder to solve remotely, and it's really hard to say if they are bad without taking them out of the car, and rarely go wrong.
