How do I find work? The workers always say .. no work going! Im 16 and looking for my first weekend / .. summer?

Work. I have tried Some places, like shopping cards, clothing stores and stuff .. but the workers always just hiring and even decir''no''de bother to give me an application form or anything. Is there anything I can do, so even if they are not hiring when they do start hiring call me?! I really need a job – for my resume, to help my mom with bills, save for a car, and put some money for college (Im in college doing alevels now) Oh, and when I ask for jobs, usually wear black skinny jeans, a white vest top, black long CARDI, Sandle white / pump shoes .. and use a little makeup, small earrings and a hair band Alice – elegant but casual. I'm always alert, and not wait til theres a queue for i dont shop in the road or something, and although some of them b tches are complete * still smile and say thanks anyway. HELP!

I'm 16 and it took me about 6 months before I got a job. The key is, can not be choosers. Some of the places asked for my resume and some places just gave me an application. A resume is a document to create your list of work and volunteer experience, school they go, some sports / clubs participating in things like that. Only have to go to restaurants, shops, fast food restaurants, dry cleaner sites, retirement / nursing homes, Target, Wal-Mart, grocery stores, Barnes and Noble. The list is almost endless. Even if a seasonal, take it! There is nothing you can really do when employees say they are not hiring, just move on. Finally, someone will call you for an interview (hopefully!).
