When you get to another day of celebration in honor of romance, one has to wonder if the romance is really dead. The festival has become so commercial that you would think that everything I had to do was buy a card, some chocolates and maybe a nice dinner.

According to the ads on TV if you really wanted to make her lover weak in the knees and guarantee her / his love, just buy some jewelry. Something with diamonds should do the trick.

But how Romantic beat the credit card? Can not we be like men a bit more creative? Worse, a recent press release from the makers of Valentine cards Romantic Day says that over 80% of them are bought by women. Can not tell you how men are unromantic when not even bother to buy a simple card expressing our love to the most important person in our lives?

The problem can be largely attributed to how the sexes look different romance. Ask a man about romance and one of the top answers will be about sex, having sex, hot sex, etc, etc, etc.

Women held the contrary view sex as the icing on the cake but certainly not the whole cake.

Few men realize that what they just doing what the ads in magazines and on television tell them. Buy candy or jewelry. What is worse, perhaps even sexy lingerie.
