Who wears the "Evil Eye independent 'or know anything about them?

I've been using my evil eye, usually use Pendents Saint but decided to use the evil eye at the beginning of 2009. Although each time the wear, something bad always happens in my day. Could my evil eye actually cursed me? Can anyone explain or help me why this happens? ahh!
