Recipes sweets for Valentine's Day?

My sweet I want to own this year for Valentine's Day. Anyone have any good recipe? Perhaps some of the recipes for truffles.

Here Raspberry Truffles are a sweet soft, bite-sized with a base of cream cheese and a delicious taste raspberry. You can modify the recipe for the balls rolled in cocoa, powdered sugar, toasted coconut, or nuts of your choice. I would not recommend dipping chocolate, however, as filler remains too soft for dipping. Preparation time: 1 hour, 15 minutes Ingredients: * 8 ounces cream cheese, softened * 6 oz melted white chocolate * 3 / 4 cup cracker crumbs for vanilla wafer * 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 / 2 cup raspberry preserves drops red food coloring * 3-4 (optional) * 1 / 2 cup chopped almonds Preparation: 1. Prepare a baking sheet by covering it with foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray. 2. Place cream cheese in a bowl and beat on medium-high until smooth and creamy. Add the melted white chocolate and beat until smooth. 3. Add the cracker crumbs, raspberry preserves, vanilla and food coloring. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for one hour. 4. Divide mixture into small balls. Finish by rolling in chopped nuts. Store in an airtight refrigerated container.
