Where I can find REAL diamond earrings with surgical steel posts made SOLO?

I tried to get my ears pierced twice now and both times I had to stop wearing earrings, because apparently I have an allergy to gold. I tried the hypoallergenic type and sterling silver, but before I give up I I want to try surgical steel. I looked all over the Internet to surgical steel earrings diamond. The only sites I found only offer fake diamonds, but I'm looking for the real thing. Does anyone know of a good quality, well-trusted store where I can find earrings like I'm looking for? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks! Please note: Any metal in the earring must, must, MUST be surgical steel only!
