Black Agate

Can anyone identify this segment of glass?

I just bought this glass, but do not really know what it is. I was thinking it might be brown agate like most of the cuts are agate. Thank you. http://s586.photobucket.com/albums/ss307/CentralBattlefield/?action=view&current=DSC02730.jpg It may not be clear, but there is black, very dark.

Other colors in it – Yellow or anything – could be Carnelian Tigers Eye A very dark, perhaps? I have enough big book of crystals and there isn't many dark brown to be honest. Wait!
