Why are forms of breast prosthesis mastectomy breast enhancers more expensive than conventional silicone breast?

An inspection nearest are basically silicone. Why the big difference in price? So Jack the price of mastectomy prostheses because most Breast forms are paid by insurance?

I have no experience of silicone breast enhancers conventional – Frankly, if I had not had a mastectomy silicone never have come anywhere near my breasts. But a quick Google, are pretty basic – small pieces of silicone manner designed to fit into the cups of a bra for your breasts look bigger. Breast implants and has to look like, feel like it, and move like natural breasts, but must match the breast, as a necessity rather than a 'luxury' that have to cope with daily wear for an extended period, rather than occasional use. Thus I guess they use more silicon and more than other, harder materials. It takes more skill and time of manufacture. They must be installed on the individual. Bearing into account all that, I think the difference in price is not reasonable. me from mines in the NHS though.
