How do children lose baby fat?! Is the process of puberty or what???
Coz … I am finding my niece thinks coz is overweight and has not gone through yet, puberty and wants a body like the low waist … and flat tummy … please help! she is 12 and she is crying in his room now! Trust me, after puberty hits the "baby" fat to be his height and other places that grow more than girls get older. I was a little chubby when I was a kid, (and I would still was), but when puberty hit all my fat went to my height and I have grown very tall and thin. And when I say thin I mean thin. So I say no to his niece to worry. The whole time change. Although it might take some time, say you only appreciate what you have. God made all one way different, unique.
