I hurt my son and I feel guilty?

I heard a very loud noise and banging when I went to see what she saw my son (age 3) was opening the door to my daughter's room (4 months) and hit again and closed. She was taking a nap in there! So I grabbed the doll and me put in your room. But when I heard him mourn away hard and holding his wrist. Just the way she was crying made my stomach feel as if had been decisive. So I watched to make sure it could move and he could and he seemed not hurt as much as time goes by. I went in a minute later and asked if it hurt and told me a little. He had to move a lot and did not hurt so much that now is OK, but I feel so bad though! Has anyone caught your child anger and severely injured them when you get time it in or out in your room, etc?

I never grabbed my son from the wrath. Others have recommended classes anger management before, this is another example of why you need it. Your children deserve better than this and may be a better parent if only they would realize their to need help.
